We apologize that your return cannot be processed. All swatches and product related research has to be done at your end using all online medium. Please check for reviews online before you jump the gun. We are not responsible how a certain product has turned out on your beautiful skin.

We don’t accept returns unless the product has been damaged during transit; in case of which, an exchange is done (if the product is available and you have reported the same to us within 24 hours of receiving the product). Also, if a certain product has expired and you’ve received it from us, it shall be returned pronto. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. Or exchanged.

Payment & Shipping

We’re working with multiple courier services that have provided us (and you) the ease of Cash on Delivery. However, if you feel you’re more comfortable with a bank transfer, feel free to do the same. Our bank transfer details are as follows:

You are not allowed to open your parcel before you pay; orders are always delivered as promised otherwise they are never dispatched. If you open a parcel before paying the rider, you will be blacklisted from our page and socials.

Once the order is dispatched, you are alerted with an SMS from the courier company with your COD amount and consignment number. If you’re from Karachi, you should receive the parcel with 24 hours of receipt of SMS. If you’ve placed an order for a city other than Karachi, please allow between 48 to 72 hours to receive your parcel.

If it’s been more than 72 hours of receiving the courier SMS, please approach us on the contact details provided above regarding your order. If you haven’t received an SMS, please whatsapp us immediately.
